Tell us whether you need a new website, an application, an ERP workflow or improvements to an existing system. Describe the intended users, the problem you want to solve and the tools involved today. A short example of the current process is more useful than a long list of technology names. If you have a preferred launch date, explain what drives it so scope and priorities can be discussed together.
